So, Margalo has just made up her mind to stay with Stuart Little permanently, and possibly take their relationship further too, when suddenly this fellow shows up with a letter into the mail slot. There isn't mail on Christmas Day, so this must be important!

BTW, Snowbell wasn't really plotting with the Angora cat. He was venting his frustrations that Stuart and Margalo looked like they were going to have each other while he and Menika Angora would never be able to be together. Menika, in fact, had been hoping to draw Snowbell in, but failed, and ultimately decided to act alone and frame Snowbell for her actions, then "rescue" him from the wrath of the Littles.

The comedy of my Stuart Little 4 is that the pigeon was at a Christmas party and had a bit too much to drink. While he was sober enough to write this and drop it off, his bird friends invited him to have some more. So, when Margalo told him the all important fact that she was still alive, after surviving her encounter with Menika, and so didn't tell Stuart till the mouse, already realizing she was still alive (long story) finds him. And he forgets to tell him that Margalo told him that Menika acted alone, so that Stuart, after searching around for a bit, finds that Snowbell and Menika went to Ames Crossing, so he heads there to go "Finish them". Later, the pigeon, starting to sober up, finally tells the Littles that Menika acted alone and that Snowbell was innocent.

The Pigeon was played by Will Farrell.
