Description

19 months into learning to draw, this is the 6th piece I have decided to share online. Wanted to have another go at a background as I feel my general skills have improved slightly since my last pic with a background and I wanted to try out some texturing techniques. Reasonably happy with the results, although it still looks a little shiny and fake to my eyes. Something else to work on in the future!

I based this picture on the scene from Episode 5 in which Sakuta begs for Mai-sans forgiveness after being caught in a compromising position.

Here we can see Mai Sakurajima spending a little of time by checking her phone in her room while getting comfy in her bed. Really impressive about how pretty she looks from head to toes in this drawing.

The view of her legs being crossed might catch your attention with how shaped they look, so are those delicated feet of her. Guess that you wouldn't stop to stare at them while moving her right leg back and forth.
