Okay -ahem- done with happy spazzing. Time for CRITIQUUUUEEEEE. -coughhackwheeze-

first: His chin is wayyyyy small compared to his... upper... lip... thing (Top half of the muzzle? I dunno how to say it. PLACE UNDER NOSE WITH WHISKERS COMING OUT FFFT. D|< ). I'd make the upperlipthingamabob a tad smaller and the chin a bit bigger if I were you, for future reference. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/let…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Lick)" />

Secondly: his arm looks a little stiff. IT should be bent a bit at the elbow (secretly Harvey can't lift his Hammer; he's too weak. Usually it's on the ground at some point for extra support. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title="Wink/Razz" />)

Thirdly: A little deeper shading on the face would be good; but this is AMAZING for your first real heads-on shading thing.
