Got some inspiration to redraw this panel! A lot of people were criticising some of the old art for my comic, and I thought "hey, I've grown a lot as an artist and person since I drew that 2 years ago!" and decided this was a sign and calling I should see how some of it would look if I were to redo it!
Overall, I'm INCREDIBLY proud of myself. Side profiles were always something I struggled on a lot when I was younger, and finally defeating same face syndrome has been one of the best changes to my art ever! I've also mastered the tools I use, and learnt better anatomy. Overall, William nowadays looks way more like... Well- William! And because of this, I may go back to the old pages after the prologue of the comic is finished. For a very long time I always looked back at them, thinking the art was poorly aged, and having seen others agree and even condemn its writing, its given me the determination to go back eventually and fix it where I can without drastically altering the story.

I think it's important to remember no artist is perfect! There will always be something to critique, something to pick off or tear apart, something to hate on. But that doesn't mean the art is bad! Art changes over time, as do people! Stories can be adapted or rewritten to ones liking! Everything in the world of creation is interchangeable.
