NEW CHARACTER ALERT!!!!

When I first started working on her, I wasn't exactly sure if I wanted to make a new heroic or villainous character. Then I got to thinking that my gal Hotspur...who is very much a heroine...needs a rouge's gallery instead of her contending with Sataria or Scarlette like most of my other top OCs.

I haven't figured out some of her finer details yet...all I've got is that her codename is 'Vice', she's a metahuman/superhuman with super-strength and super-durability/stamina, and she's bad to the bone!!! :threaten: I don't know exactly why she's bad yet and what's her goal in life, but I'm thinking that she's more of a traditional/classic type of supervillain who's gonna give Hotspur a run for her money each and every time they face off against each other! :bonk:
