Live streaming on Twitch recordings may include any reference images you have given me. - You may not resell my artwork, use it commercially, or for promotion of a commercial project, UNLESS we have agreed upon it in private conversation. - If commercial have been agreed on, the rights to the design will transfer to the client upon receipt of the full payment. Note it will be extra. - You may not claim my artwork as your own, trace, or heavily reference my work and claim it as your own. - If you wish to color and practice the line art or sketch please notify me before commission so we can talk about rights. - You may not remove my signature from commissions. - I will send a PNG file, NO PSD or layered file. -The file will start at 11.5x8 inch, then I will reduce it by half. - I will not start a commission until I have any requested references and more information of the commission. I will start the commission once FULL PAYMENT is sent, and then you will be added into my schedule. - Watermarked images will be sent for your approval, after the completed work, I will remove the watermark. - Extra may be charged for any changes to the concept agreed on after I have received full payment.- I will not give refunds or redo the piece after I've started (finished or not), however if I have missed minor details that have already been agreed too please notify me as soon as possible. - Should there be any reason I cannot finish a piece, I will offer you the work that I have done and the price for those hours; and refund the remainder of the cost that was not completed.- Confirmation on concepts and approval to continue will be taken from the individual who has sent the request, and no one else.How long will the commission take?I usually have a bit of a waiting list, so expect a couple of days before I can start on your commission. SPECIFICS; The background, the pose, weapons, accessories, and certain details you want me to focus on. EXTRA CHARACTERS OR OBJECTS; My comfort zone is 2 characters, but I will draw more than 2 if you private message me. Please note that extra characters is EXTRA money, including animals. YOUR IDEA; Your opinion matters because this is your commission, and I want to make it as perfect as I can. Being more detailed will make it faster and easier.
