A completely new version of Trevor Henderson's iconic Siren Head monster, originally created by the amazing jQueary for the Gmod Workshop.

Ported to MMD by Junk-Hoes & MrWhitefolks

Comes with 3 differently sized models, but feel free to edit / modify as needed.
