Possible Street Fighter Assist Trophies:

Birdie (Can use Bandit Chain, Bull Head and Murderer Chain, the two chain grab special moves when opponents are too close to him and finishes with Bull Revenger)

Eagle (Can use St. Andrew's Dream, Liverppol White, Manchester Black, Oxford Red and finishes with Union Jack Platinum)

Sagat (Tiger Shot, Ground Tiger Shot, Uppercut, Tiger Knee, and finishes with Tiger Genocide or Tiger Cannon)

Possible SNK Assist Trophies:

Billy Kane (Can use Senpuu Kon, Sansetsu Kon Chuudan Uchi, Kyoushuu Hishou Kon and finishes with Chou Kaen Senpuu Kon)

Ryuji Yamazaki (uses his Serpent Slash, his Sadomaso taunt and counter, his Spray Sand kick, Judgement Dagger and finish with a random level Drill super special move)

Wolfgang Krauser (uses his Blitz Ball high and low, Leg Tomahawk, can finish with Kaiser Wave or Gigantic Cyclone. Leaves with "Aaaah! Give it up, loser!")

Alfred (can use Augmentor Wing, Critical Wing, Mayday Mayday, Divergence, S.TOL, can finish with Wave Rider)

Gai Tendo (his fighting moves from Buriki One which can be linked like in KOFXI)

Li Xiangfei (can use Nanba, her Senri Chuou-KankuSenri Chuou Shin Sai Ha, Ten Po Zan, and finishes with CHou Pai Ron)

Gato (Can use Shinga, Totsuga, Raiga, his Fuuga moves Kouga, Senga, Kyuuga, Katsuga and finishes with Tenryuu Retsuga)

Neo & Geo (Gives the opponent five seconds to answer an SNK pop culture trivia question. If they get an answer wrong, launched by explosion, but if they get it right, they'll get a free Final Smash!)
