Another blast from the past, it's Alia. You've seen this before, and it's yet another colored image! Now that Rockman X-Dive exists, a new, high resolution and sharp image exists of Alia, so the colors are meant to evoke that new look for the character. The weight though, that's classic. Geez Alia, you and that Sub-tank! You think you'd have learned your lesson after that last time!
