A Rose of a Hundred Tickles

This is another spin-off of the "tickle dream" I had as a child, crossed with the play Amy had written in the Sonic Boom episode, 'Cabin Fever'. My dream consisted of people competing in athletic events while dressed in formal attire, with the winner getting tickled by a stern looking lady in a frilly pink dress. Yet, all that could be seen was the lady looking down at the winner's foot standing outstretched on the floor. What makes it weirder is that you couldn't even see where the lady tickles the winner with her big pink feather duster, as their foot is all that can be seen of them. Plus, when she's seen just waving her feather duster in their direction, despite being fully clothed, they can be heard laughing in a rather distinctive high-pitched giggle. I can't remember the first event, only that the winner was a woman wearing feather covered flat heels. Though, what I do remember well is the next event being Shotput, and the last contestant (who ends up winning) being an Asian
