As soon as I saw the news of Rachel Lillis' passing, I knew I had to draw something as a tribute immediately. I started on this yesterday, then finished it today.

For those of you who don't know Rachel Lillis, she was the English voice actor for Jigglypuff, Misty, and Jessie from Pokémon. I'm sure many of us grew up watching Pokémon, including me, but it was the Smash Bros series that really introduced me to Jigglypuff, and Rachel as a whole. She was a big part of my childhood, and I have to thank her for filling it with happiness

RIP Rachel Lillis. You will be missed. Hopefully you're blasting off to the skies, singing your heart out! Thank you for making everyone's childhoods worthwhile.
