Alice looked nervously up at the darkening sky as she led Missy to the gate of the arena. The weather had been very nice their whole stay at Kiawah Island, but it seemed to have taken a turn for the worst. The wind ran it's fingers through Missy's thick mane and tail, causing the big mare to snort and prance. A light drizzle started as Alice led her horse into the arena, gradually increasing into a small storm The music started, and Alice turned Missy loose. Startled by the crashing of waves against the side of the island, Missy flicked her ears around. Flaring her nostrils, she shot around the arena, her mane and tail whipped about in the strong gale. Her creamy body silhouetted against the dark ocean, she half-reared and whinnied, inciting gasps from the riveted audience. Alice furrowed her brow--she wouldn't risk the safety of her horse for a show, no matter how impressive the sight. Just as Alice was about to inform the judge, Missy slowed to a trot, apparently recovered from the initial shock of the storm. The song ended with a toss of the large mare's head, windswept and more than a little riled up. Alice shook her head, the clouds beginning to clear as she collected her horse from the arena. "You are the most show-offy horse I've ever met, you know that?" Missy just snorted, as if to say
"Yes, I'm fabulous. Deal with it."

Well gee, this was the most fun I've had drawing something in forever! IT WAS JUST SO MUCH FUN! And I learned a ton! And I like how it turned out, always a bonus xD
