Pokédex Entry: It was discovered hopping around fifteen years ago in the alps of the Tendo region. The discoverer of this Pokemon concluded it was an evolution of Azurill, however no one has been able to observe it evolving from one. New study concludes that Haill is a divergent species of Marill.

I decided to review the design of Haill from 2007, which also was the subject of a redesign which I made a few years back. I'm more happier with this idea as a divergent species (not quite what Toedscool and Wiglett are)..
