Serphoon is a WATER type and I'm open to my followers to propose some abilities! Preferably one official and ONE completely brand new! Which I'll feature on a TCG card down the track! and maybe something special too.

ePokédex Data: Depending on the lunar cycle, its head or tail will glow on full moon or new moon. It controls the tides out in the sea.

** NOTE: This was originally an idea for HINA, the goddess of the moon. Part of a legendary trio. The others will be revealed soon.** - WELL IT WAS... MAYBE IT WILL BE PART OF A TRIO?
