Pretty good job on this one (if I remove the thing am bias about like showed veins) The technic is pretty good I like the shading on it (tho amy be could be slightly improve for the hair tho I got no idea how, they just seem a bit flat but may be it just me The hair look good tho no going to lie they got a nice flow to it and they are more detail Great work for the hair.)

Any way Overall I would say it a solid work 8/10? - 2 for the hair shadeing?
