This is Agent Tadkeeta, who is in the Department of Geographical Aberrations and belongs to Tawaki, though she first appears in the PPC as recruited by Agents Suicide and Diocletian in this story.

This drawing was fun for me because I experimented with the Golden Ratio and pulled it off pretty well. For more information, see Geometry with Cheesecake in my Scraps. (Tawaki, please don't kill me. ^_^; )

Otherwise, pretty straightforward. She's leaning on a bit of generic surface, or possibly concrit (pronounced kon-kreet). Lots of black. Oh well.
