Description

Tappity-Stap is the leader of the Computer Crew, a rival team to the Science Squad. He is a digital anomaly who can manipulate information, and can travel at high speeds.

Tappity-Stap is a parody of Twipsy, mascot of Expo 2000 Hannover and main protagonist of his own TV series (mostly Twipsy's appearance in the cartoon).
