Description

I said I'd draw more Rocko artwork, and so I shall do. It's Rocko holding a jackhammer. Why is he in the grass? I'm background-challenged. Omg, outlining this drawing took forever... seriously. I even got frustrated at times, discovering mistakes in my sketch and junk. It was pretty much worth it at the end. I got so excited that I showed ~Gasbag the outline before anyone else (plus it was his birthday today... so yeah). Coloring it was pretty simple, but the background got me stumped for a good hour until I drew a bush. Heh. Anyone want to guess the expression?
