Description
Kirironai Utsuro, Captain of the 6th Division, is the first Substitute Shinigami to ever attain such a high title within the Gotei 13. His naturally spectacular vision and skills as a special operations agent granted him incredible abilities upon his ascendance, and the fact that it was a Captain who gave him his power propelled him beyond Soul Society's wildest dreams and into the seat that was vacated for him. Although he has gained the respect of Shinigami everywhere through his precision and dedication, some still blame him for the death of their former leader, and Utsuro does his best to remain humble and aware of their loss. Until he proves himself worthy in his and their eyes, his haori will only rest over his shoulders.
