Pupp E. Dawg: Pupp is a lively & optimistic dog who is mostly seen with a pep in his step. He's known for his playful antics & comical adventures with his friends.
Tom Catt: Tom is Pupp's best friend who's a suave & charming cat. Tom is a more sophisticated character & sometimes struggles to keep up with Pupp's liveliness & naiveté. He's the straight man in this friendship who tries his best to keep his best friend out of trouble.
Penelope Poodle: Penelope is a stylish poodle who's known for her sense of fashion & her long pink hair, which she normally styles in a huge poofy bouffant hairstyle. She is a flirtatious & seductive pink poodle who also has a lively personality & tendency to overreact sometimes. She is one of Pupp's friends & his crush, even though he rarely shows it.
