Luckily for A-SYNC, Lydia was unconscious when they found her. Thanks to this convenient fact, the company was able to safely return Lydia to her life, leaving her in the care of her city's hospital until she would recover and wake up.

Needless to say, even though Lydia had no memory of A-SYNC rescuing her from the Backrooms, the images of that strange place were still vivid in her mind! As soon as Alan picked her up at the hospital and brought her home, she began sketching pictures of what she had seen.
