"The endless tunnels extended as far as the Brom could see. Despite the murky green light, the Engineer Supreme knew that the hallways of his level stretched for miles. How long had he been there? It was a silly question to pop into his mind - the rational part of his brain knew exactly how long the Tower had been standing amidst the desolation. Perhaps a better question was to ask when he had become immortal. His work was his life, and he had performed diligently ever since the Tower's construction without a single pause, nor a single break in his duties. The concept of 'holidays' seemed alien to him - and perhaps that was
the reason behind his inexplicable longevity. His life - or unlife? Was he even really alive at all? He could be a ghost in the machine, a spirit that knew not that he was dead. Death? He'd wished to die, once. Losing love had been the most painful experience of his long existence. It seemed as though he'd had the rest of eternity to regret his mistakes, to wonder exactly went wrong.
Brom sighed profoundly and began pacing through the halls once more. He reminded himself that what he sought would be his soon enough. The answers could be found in the hearts of the creatures that inhabited the Tower. Two in particular: The Empress - and her Imperial Guardian."

I know i said i wouldn't upload any more material related to the 'UTOPIA: Preview', but i just couldn't resist to put up an image of Brom, my favourite character from the Tower (and somehow replace a couple of images i've taken down due to quality and the standards i'm trying to maintain here at DeviantART). This is an illustration i did of him for the mentioned Preview and the text is also written specifically for it.
