Description

I noticed that it has been over a year since the last time I drew a fanart based on "Histeria!" (or any Warner Bros. cartoon, for that matter), so I decided to draw a new Loud/Charity fanart. In this picture, we see Charity kissing Loud numerous times and leaving lipstick marks all over his face. As with my previous Loud/Charity pics, I think it looks very sweet. :love:
