On the vision, I thought this was cute and appealing to the eye. The texture you decided to put over the art was a nice simple choice and didn't stand out to much. The shading was also simple had an overall good impact on how much I (and probably many others too) liked this. I love the little blush Ariel has ^^. The bubbles are nice and without them the art wouldn't have left as much as an impact.

Now the originality... Well as much as I like the art it wasn't as original as it could be... the background is very bland which kind of turned me off a bit from this art. The pose is okay and I guess I never thought I'd see Ariel with a fork and pipe underwater... But on the style of Ariel and Flounder I understand why they aren't super detailed and realistic because they're chibis, and adorable ones at that.

I love the technique, nuff said, it's adorable and kbzdbkdgb.

The impact, while nice, could have been much, much better. It was a nice, cute and lighthearted. There isn't much I can say about this , It was just nice and adorable, that pretty much sums it all up. I love this even though it could be more original.

Also on a side note, you forgot the stripes on the side on Flounder.
