Piece done for an art challenge! 
The idea behind it was that she received a distress signal from someone she knew from another planet. By the time she arrived, everything was destroyed and no one in sight, but she found this little guy in the debris. Maybe the beginning of a beautiful friendship ?

Every ship needs a Rodent Control Officer eventually. Preferably one that purrs, likes to get skritches behind the ears, and practices by chasing strings and laser-spots. ^_^
