Azimuth the Planer from Blood Omen, also known as the Matriarch of Avernes. This is another character I re designed to suit her role better. Well, what I thought would suit her better.

She was the guardian of the pillar of dimension, and summoned demons from other planes. The "3rd Eye," that Kain took as a token, is typically located on the forhead. This enabled her to see into other dimensions, so I made a nice trinket head dress for her.

I also noticed how she described Kain to wear his trinkets well, so I thought that an obsession with pretty jewels was worth throwing in. But I always imagined her to be demented through and through and an interest in dark magic, and so I tried making her look as freaky as possible with almost white eyes.
