Description

An MLOC that I wanted to make out of a dragonfly. The aviator hat and the scarf was the biggest inspiration for this guy.

- to change an object or person into another subject. (i.e. turns a tree into a rocket ship)

Weapon: dragonfly whirly stick
Activation: Needle, lets dart!

Other:
His ethnicity is Vietnamese/Polish
When his whirly stick is activated, his scarf melds to his body because if it lets itself flap around, it would get stuck in the propellors

(and kill him)

The wings on the stick retract so that he can use it as a bo-staff in combat.
His weapon is based off a prop top propellor toy
