love the sermon that someone preached at my church, they compared the scars that people have to how people in a different country (don't remember which one lol) often glue together broken clay pots with gold, and how that is reminiscent of how god turns our scars and emotional trauma into good things. It hit hard. I've dealt with a lot of emotional trauma and self harm, i hardly remember my childhood due to blocking out all the bad memories, and hearing about how god heals us like that just hit so hard. God really loves us all, and through him we have peace
