What you need to set the options to are as follows:

Hat = None.

Hair = Quicksilver.

Face = Wasp (Classic).

Head = Brown.

Body = Brock Rumlow.

Arms = Mockingbird.

Hands = Medium Stone Grey.

Hips = Black Widow (A:AOU).

Legs = Black Widow (A:AOU).

Weapon = Thor's Hammer. (I know the actual name is Mjolnir, but it's called 'Thor's Hammer' in the character customizer!)

And finally, you name her "Storm" in the rename option.
