Popplio, the new water starter from the Sun/Moon Pokemon games.

This is artwork I made during the "Fatal Frame" strike I was on, which I couldn't post.
My boyfriend really pushed me to have these three starters done in time to sell them as prints at a con, and then... No one even bought them anyway!

So, here he is, finally, in all his glory, Popplio!
