Personality

Typical of Obertaurer's, Klondike has a good head on his shoulders. Loyal to a fault and downright protective if need be, he is very much a horse that takes care of his rider. This isn't to say he's easy though, his intelligence gets him into trouble and he follows his instincts, he is very much not a blind follower, Klondike isn't one to jump off a cliff just because his rider says so.

While not grumpy, he does value his personal space and is liable to kick should another horse or a stranger - especially men - not respect his boundaries. As the weather gets colder, he gets friskier and far more exciteable. A calm, steady hand is necessary to keep him under control in such situations, though he does eventually settle in.

Notes

- Plastic bags, the bane of every horses existence, are a firm no from Klondike.
- Notorious for rarely rolling, he typically requires very little brushing.
- Turns into a monster around pickles. All manners go out the window. Must. eat.
