First,i know i have tons of other things to do,but i did this one now becasue it was really in the heat of the moment XD
it took me 2 and a hlaf hours,first kyogre drawing+underwater background.

so i needed to practice my coloring again so i thought why not finish something while i'm at it ^^
next thing,commissions. tomorrow :3
