I've been meaning to ask, what's this group's stance on rescue pictures? If it's allowed, where would I send them?

If there's bondage in the rescue picture, it's perfectly good! In general, whatever character is actually in bondage, use that to determine which folder it belongs to. (I.e., a picture of a Male OC in bondage goest to "OCs - GiD"
