Finally! Merc gains his LV3 Form!!
Bahamut Scrolls is my parody of The Elder Scrolls franchise, a series of games that has non-linear stories, and even gives you freedom to roam around the in-game world, exploring beautiful sights and locations, and freedom to do just about anything.
The Bahamut Scrolls Gashat summons Scrolls Gamer, a dragon-themed support with two sets of wings and has various elemental breath attacks. When assuming LV3, his feet and legs become pauldrons, his tail parts become armguards, his smaller wings become chest armor while the rest of his body attaches from behind the torso, and his wings folded around the waist like an armored skirt. Finally, his tail-fin becomes the helmet, and his head becomes an arm-mounted weapon called the Bahamut Buster, which shoots elemental projectiles, and can be also used as a punching or biting/grabbing weapon.
Inserting the Bahamut Scrolls Gashat into Kimewaza Slot lets the skirt armor function as hip-mounted wings and grants the ability to fly. Pressing the button executes the Bahamut Critical Strike, which charges up the Bahamut Buster for a powerful blast with all elements combined.

Note that although Merc's LV2 form already has a dragon theme/motif, he still cannot cast spell and/or shoot projectiles in this form, because Advent Hunter utilizes melee-based moves and the sort. And the reason why I decided to call it "Bahamut" is not because they're not just any dragon-type creature, but an entire race of their own, and is also considered even more powerful than your average dragons.
And also, another note, I am aware this looks ALMOST like the Rathalos armor, which his LV2 form is based on, but it's actually modeled after the Dragon Scale Armor of TESV: Skyrim, with Odahviing's colors.

Kamen Rider belongs to Toei and Shotaro Ishinomori.
Monster Hunter is made by Capcom.
The Elder Scrolls series belong to Bathesda, while the Bahamut summons are from Square Enix.
I own nothing except my life and work.
