Willow runs a lab funded by a shadowy individual who 'hired' her to breed and create lovely monsters tailored specifically to exploit the individual weaknesses of their targets, plus some generic drone like monsters :3
She's flirting with you, but don't fall for it, it's a world of slime and squish dears. Also in the bottom left panel that's not her teeth, she's sticking her tongue out badly, she'll be scolded.
