I am a man with an extreme case of gynecomastia. My boobs had grown due to hormonal imbalances, and they had reached a point where they would touch the steering wheel of my car when I wore a full support bra.

When I turned 35, I made a bold decision. I decided to let my hair grow long and grew out a thick beard. I believed that by changing my external appearance, I could further reinforce my self-acceptance and demonstrate my individuality to the world.
