Who would you think to be a fitting character to give the iconic speech by the Major of the Millennium? The possibilities are quite numerous: generals, dictators, warlords, various types of rulers... In addition, the speech wouldn't necessarily have to be word for word copy of the original. In fact, I believe a lot of people would love making their own versions of this one speech.

(Though it's without video, only sounds, and it's possible that this one will sooner or later be taken down for copyright reasons as well, so I'd highly recommend searching the anime on a streaming site or something similar).
