I may be out of line here, but I was curious as to how to join. When I attempt to become a member, to join, it says that you aren't accepting administrators. Maybe I'm just clueless (this is a very valid option), but how would one go about it? Thank you for your time and patience.

I really want to join but every time I click submit request it says you're not accepting new admins...
