garden of the undead by oscurita79 on DeviantArt (original) (raw)
In a garden, once alive, now lies decay,
Where whispers of the undead do sway.
Silent blooms of darkness, withered and cold,
Where secrets of the night were once told.
Beneath the moon's pale light, shadows dance,
A haunting waltz, held in a sinister trance.
Black roses bloom, their petals ashen gray,
Lost souls wander, unseen, in disarray.
Whispers on the wind, their mournful cries,
Echo through the garden where love dies.
A symphony of sorrow, a dirge of despair,
In this world of the undead, none can repair.
But amidst the darkness, a flicker of hope,
A bud still blossoms, refusing to elope.
A seedling of life, in this realm of death,
A testament of resilience, drawing breath.
In this garden of the undead, beware your tread,
For beneath the surface, secrets lie in dread.
Yet, within the shadows, beauty finds its way,
For even in darkness, light longs to stay.
