You can sell or trade the character that you buy, but for the same price or a lower price, unless have more art.
After purchase, you can modify the OC as much as you want. Modify gender, add accessories, change color, etc. But just little changes (please). And, don't say the design is your own.
After the purchase, yes, you can modify a little of the OC clothing.

After the purchase, I'll send you a photo of the separated OC without the background (on a note), if you want.
