ACTIVATE CONNVERSE! ✨🌟💕

In my earlier days here in Deviant Art, I frequently see how people add a solid dot (or a malformed dot lol) of shine over a simple blush. The blush is always the basic airbrush brush. (Though here I used a textured watercolor brush.) This is usually done in chibis.

It's super simple but super effective if you want that cute ✨shiny✨ look. (⁠｡⁠･⁠ω⁠･⁠｡⁠)⁠ﾉ⁠♡⁠*⁠.⁠✧

I always found it cute but I don't remember if I actually ever incorporated it in any of my drawings around the time.
