It's Gogo Dodo from Tiny Toon Adventures!

He is a commissioned piece

Total size from antennae/umbrella thing to toes is approx 14 inches. The body itself is only about 10 though.

(His special feature is at the bottom of his right foot wmc09 is embroidered by request)
