Figured I should upload something to prove I'm alive

I really want a new animated avatar for my deviantArt featuring Pan - can anyone recommend someone I can commission for this?
I'm looking for an animated icon - doesn't have to be complicated - pixellated or cell-animation is cool.
budget of max 100$ (although preferably 30-40$)

I got a new drawing tablet! It's a Huion Kamvas 16. It works great! Looking forward to getting to work with it.

This thing was just something I made to play with colours and lines, I got frustrated that it didn't magically turn out the way I wanted and left it for about a month. Maybe you can relate I figured I should get over my perfectionism and just upload it anyways.
