The armor came from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic season 2 ep 11, when she was doing a act in Canterlot with her being the Commander of The Pegasus tribe.

Very Cool and well done but I must rant:
The deadly flaw of cannon and most non-cannon pony armor: No belly armor. Remember the core rule of armor design: It does not matter how much armor you have if it is in the wrong place. Earth ponies and Pegasi get up on their hind hooves when attacking exposing their belly (which have no protection on most pony armor)
