Isa ref sheet by Perencreste on DeviantArt (original) (raw)
Here's mum. She's easily the cutest and the classiest of the trio.
I suppose I'll introduce the boys/brothers next.
Name: Isa Ellison
Gender: Female
Owner: Anthony (Tony) Ellison
Parents: Pure-bred huskies.
Siblings: Holly & Blake
Offspring: Mex Tremblay, Cinnamon de Witte, Armel, Gunnar and Maddox.
Nephews/nieces: Rudyard & Kai
Occupation: House pet.
Appearance: Soft brown eyes. A coppery-red pelt with tan markings and a white underbelly. Her facial markings resemble a 'butterfly'. A cute, petite sort of feminine build.
Personality: Isa has a bit of a smug, know-it-all air about her on the outside. But the truth is that her broken relationship with Steele actually did affect her a lot, especially with confidence. She is just very good at hiding it. Still, keeping her head high, Isa is determined to be the best version of herself, partner or none, and is a very loving and supportive mom to both her troubled girls. Size matters little and she still loves to baby them.
History: Born and raised by a dog breeder who didn't actually specialize in huskies, but he had a few good pairs. Isa had a normal loving family and a few good connections for gossip and such. She was trained well and adopted fairly quickly as a companion and 'nanny' for the kids of one Anthony Ellison. Her sweet and motherly temperament was perfect for the family. But being short on cash they decided to breed her and sell pups.
Steele, having his reputation soured, was a easy arrangement. He was rude at first but they eventually got along over time. They were officially mates for a while and raised fives puppies together. However, the relationship would not last when she found him bullying their youngest and pushing the rest well past their limits in terms of exercising and coaching. Fights and disagreements broke out. Ultimately the pair weren't compatible and they separated when the pups were about a year old.
She hung onto their two daughters while he went off with their sons. Isa is saddened by the fact that her boys barely keep in contact anymore and hence becomes just a little bit possessive and overprotective over her baby girls.
It wasn't a month or two later when she found out that her sister was having a hard time adjusting to motherhood. The sisters had their differences but Isa, having been separated from her own sons and unable to stomach the thought of abandoned puppies, took both the boys under her wing. They were adopted soon after, but the younger boy (Rudyard) still hangs around her and considers Isa as his mother, rather than Holly.
