Drop in Layer2 *mod name* Material to removed beauty mark on specific mods or drop in MaterialEditor to remove on all of Nyo's faces

If asked to overwrite say no, then make sure there's no body textures tied to the face. If not say yes.

If not sure, backup NYOCOSxxx_body_kidsalb texture, delete to original and see if Nyo's skin and neck color changed
