Tina:

But the audience...
There isn't one. This is just a test shoot as it were. Did Kokoro tell you otherwise?

Tina:

Well... no.... Thought it would be good to bring in the energy.
Suit yourself.

Kurenai:

She's very energetic. Permission to kill her.
Denied.

Kurenai:

Who let you back on the set anyway?

So the Wardrobe Department tinkering with the shoes a bit, as the others had shoes which looked a bit... bumpy. Thing is, they still come out a bit bumpy even with that additional work.

Wardrobe Department:

I work really hard I'll have you know.
Had concerns with Tina's hair but looks like the stylist did a reasonable job here. Thankfully.

On an aside I've felt that Tina had been positioned as the 'sexiest' character for much of the series (and this is despite my strong Christie bias). At the very least I find many of her mannerisms designed to be more enticing than the others.
