Thanks to one of my amazing friends, I now have the full edition of Paint Tool SAI and can save files + work on them for longer than 30 minutes !! <3

I would consider this to be my "first" fully completed digitally done drawing. ^-^Thoughts and suggestions to improve are greatly appreciated !
