Another character design I'm working on. I will updated once the other half is done.
Update:
The idea I had for my latest character design, was I wanted to create a yakuza character wearing a cool white on red suit. I originally planned to create an older looking male character, but I ended up with a pretty boy. I decided to keep him this way, and I began to imagine his personality; a cool, taciturn, yet, hot-headed young man. Because of his hot-headed nature, I added a couple scars to his face to give him an edgier appearance. I didn't want him to look too edgy, though, so I avoided making the scars run through his eyes or mouth. But Instead, have them around his eyes to somewhat accentuate that facial feature. Part way through the design, I decided to give him matching sunglasses. I imagine the character I originally was going to create is this character's older brother. And the katana that he is holding was passed down through their family, but was originally his older brother's.
