Appearance:

Ultimate Pesky Dust is a short, fairy-like alien with blue skin. He has green fairy-like wings and blue hair that sticks straight up. Ultimate Pesky Dust wears a black dress-like outfit with green zigzags. He has two, three-fingered hands and green gloves, and his feet have two toes on them. His eyes are green with feminine eyelashes, and has pink markings on his cheeks and chin. He speaks with a high-pitched, trilling, feminine voice.

Ultimate Pesky Dust wears the evolved Ultimatrix symbol on his chest.

Powers and Abilities:

Ultimate Pesky Dust has the ability to fly with his wings. He has enhanced speed and agility.

Ultimate Pesky Dust can release dust that makes his victims fall asleep. He can also enter and manipulate the dreams of others, which can be used as a form of interrogation or extracting information from a victim.

Ultimate Pesky Dust can also bring to life and control the deepest, darkest fears of others when he's in there dreams. He can also create nightmares whenever he's in others dreams.

Weaknesses:

Ultimate Pesky Dust isn't very durable.
